I would add to this in saying people are fallible, people don't always listen to the Spirit convicting them, and lastly, if they never read the Bible, how will the Holy Spirit be able to interpret it for them. The Holy Ghost is infallible not me. That's why it's absolutely necessary for someone to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ before they can understand, because it's God who opens all understanding.
