I'm working on several projects, like a journal for school, a private diary journal, and and stuff for my church.
One thing in particular I am trying to write for here: I promised to explain my views on marriage and the afterlife because I have differing opinion than the common one. Still working on it, as in, you'll see it when it's ready.

Here here, but there's one thing I think you might need: vocab. Words, especially active verbs. Whatever word count you think you know, always believe it is not enough. Buy dictionaries, many dictionaries, dictionaries of esoteric subjects, and read and memorize interesting words the pique your fancy. Learn proper nouns, names of cities, countries, and people. Names of animals real and fantastic. Never stop collecting words for your vocab. The more words you know, the broader your poems' focus can be without sacrificing quality.

Write descriptive poems about nature, a word painting. What's your home like? What do you see in the sky, physical or spiritual? What's your favorite cheese as Chesterton says, we need good poems on cheese?
