Probably at a local church, somewhere around 10 am on Sunday. Call up the rector, they'll usually meet and help explain everything privately if you want

I would say read and study the bible, but also watch every documentary on fringe religions and exposing satanism in media as well.

I agree. A really great verse from the Gospel is:

Luke 14:26

If any one comes to me and does not hate his own father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be my disciple.

I really love that verse. God sends crosses to the ones he loves. Realization that this world isn't what worldly people make it out to be is the first step to being able to follow our Lord Christ.

Read Bible. Begin with the 4 accounts of the gospel: Matthew (portraying Jesus as the Messianic King, the son of man), Mark (portraying Jesus as the fulfillment of the prophecies of the Old Testament), Luke (portraying Jesus as the High Priest of Israel Who sacrifices Himself for His Church), John (portraying Jesus as the Logos, the Son of God). Then read the Bible from the beginning, and attend church weekly so that you can hear the prayers and hymns as well as the sermon.
