Fr Ripperger is based. This lecture is so good and his definition of effeminacy was a serious wake up call to me.

>Sloth is when you will suffer a little displeasure if it means avoiding a greater one; effeminacy is refusing to part with pleasure at all.

The Virgin "Pastor"

>physically unimposing, just like his lukewarm spirit

>demons openly mock him and his weakness

>doesn't believe in "evil" or "demons", these are just metaphors

>suggests mental health help or medication for demoniacs

>couldn't perform an exorcism if he tries

>sins but presumes on God's mercy because he is too weak and lazy to help himself

>doubts his own faith, wonders why God "doesn't hear" our prayers sometimes

>effette and sensitive when someone corrects him, doesn't like to be corrected or proved wrong

THE CHAD EXORCIST

>Is a real man

>demons fear the very mention of his name

>reads scripture daily

>prays the rosary six times a day, with great devotion to Our Blessed Lady

>knows all the canons, decrees, encyclicals of the Church by heart

>Performs the TLM daily, preparing 30 inute homilies for each day

>Prays without ceasing, is in constant communion with his Guardian Angel, Our Lord and Our Lady

>physically incapable of even venial sin

>humble and weak before God, strong before men

>couldn't perform an exorcism if he tries

Unrelated question: can Protestant pastors cast out demons? I'm inclined to believe they can, given they sincerely do so in Jesus' name. I'm also open to the possibility that demons use subterfuge and are not really being cast out funny enough I've heard this same thing said by a protty about Catholic exorcists

That one youtube comment though

> Many women would be more feminine if men would be more masculine. As an (always) single woman, I've had to acquire masculine traits in order to survive in this world. When no real men are to be found—which is most of the time—I have to do for myself

Can't find a husband, so only men must be at fault, while she herself is blameless. I've seen this mentality before. Both masculinity and femininity have been degraded by our sick culture. But if you can't find someone willing to marry you, then you clearly have some flaws worth examining.

Any person, even pagans, can perform deliverance. Though this is very often with mixed results (e.g. demons might leave but replaced with even more later on). This is basically what Protestant pastors are doing.

There was a very famous exorcism around the time of the Protestation revolution. Some Protestant pastors came to do an exorcism after a Catholic priest had been working the individual possessed, and the demons at this point were under oath before Christ (even they must still obey Him) to tell the truth (this is usually one of the first major things a priest does in an exorcism). The Protestants got out their own rites, and started working, only to hear the demons laughing. Exasperated after many trials with no avail, the Prot pastors asked the demons, still under oath, why they were laughing. They said, "Fools! We wrote those prayers and all your books!"

The Prot pastors packed up and left angrily.

>As the strange circumstances of Nicola's possession became known everywhere, several Calvinist preachers came with their followers, to "expose this popish cheat," as they said. On their entrance, the devil saluted them mockingly, called them by name, and told them that they had come in obedience to him. >One of the preachers took his Protestant prayer book, and began to read it with a very solemn face. The devil laughed at him, and putting on a most comical look, he said: "Ho! Ho! My good friend; do you intend to expel me with your prayers and hymns? Do you think that they will cause me any pain? Don't you know that they are mine? I helped to compose them!"

>"I will expel thee in the name of God," said the preacher, solemnly.

>"You!" said the devil mockingly. "You will not expel me either in the name of God, or in the name of the devil. Did you ever hear of one devil driving out another?"

>"I am not a devil," said the preacher, angrily, >"I am a servant of Christ."

>"A servant of Christ, indeed!" said Satan, with a sneer. "What! I tell you, you are worse than I am. I believe, and you do not want to believe. Do you suppose that you can expel me from the body of this miserable wretch? Ha! Go first and expel all the devils that are in your own heart!"

>The preacher took his leave, somewhat discomfited. On going away, he said, turning up the whites of his eyes, "O Lord, I pray thee, assist this poor creature!"

>"And I pray Lucifer," cried the evil spirit, "that he may never leave you, but may always keep you firmly in his power, as he does now. Go about your business, now. You are all mine, and I am your master."

Great lecture OP. I noticed some Zizek/Foucault on your old playlists – I used to read those authors heavily as well. Did you have a recent conversion?

I hope you still don't adhere to their "doctrines." Foucault has some redeemable aspects but Zizek and Reich are trash. I say this as someone who was a Reichian and did some self-Reichian therapy.

I am a convert. Was baptized 3rd Sunday of Easter last year. Although I don't agree with many of the continental thinkers, I do find them useful in using their theories to show how non-believers the inevitable outcome of their rebellion.

the template isn't supposed to make sense, Chad is supposed to be a walking demi-god while the virgin is relatively normal
