Возможно, но даже хорошо зная себя не получится точно охарактеризовать себя, все равно есть что-то, что приглянется другому, а тебе покажется незначительным, поэтому и окружающие люди почти всегда о тебе другого мнения, чем ты, и далеко не обязательно худшего. Таким образом изменится сознание и личность. Для этого трюка нужна большая сила воли и внешняя помощь. Если действовать одному, придется напрячься, но на относительно недолгий срок, допустим задрачивая восточные практики изменения сознания. Но потом, через год-два мозг оптимизирует свою работу и на "хардварном" уровне будет автоматически включать новые переназначит основные пути нейронных связей, как когда ОС на компах автоматически подгружает в буфер часто запускаемые приложения, а старые отправит в режим гибернации или архив. Тогда поддерживать сознание в новом состоянии будет очень просто, вернее это состояние будет стоять по дефолту, а вот для возвращения к старому нужно будет даже приложить усилия.

Вспомнил, почему я не купаюсь в ванне, долбанное индивидуальное отопление, теплая вода есть, а горячей нет, набрать полную ванну не получается, она либо остынет, либо переклинет и получится полная ванна холодной воды. Еще батареи периодически отрубаются. Поэтому и вспомнил, как хотелось сходить в сауну, чтобы отведать горячей водички, но боюсь, одного туда меня не пустят или обойдется слишком дорого.

Скорее быть нужным, а не полезным, ты можешь быть полезным, но совершенно не нужным, а нужность подразумевает привязанность и возможно даже некоторую отдачу. Особенно, когда ты сам являешься чем-то никчемным, жалким и отчужденным, что никому другому просто не нужно, а иметь кого-то близкого, чтобы хоть заглушить одиночество или пусть недостаток внимания хотелось бы. Можно это отрицать, но тогда положение скорее всего станет только еще более щекотливым. А с кем-то таким же, претерпевшим схожий опыт если еще не хуже, есть больше точек соприкосновения, можно подобраться и не оказаться сразу же выплюнутым и отпихнутым, наконец, легче приблизительно понять какого это. Ну, еще это конечно придает ощущение собственной что ли важности и ценности, но что главнее, дает поддержку, притом взаимную, если ты конечно действительно нужен, создает некий стержень, пусть и извне, наконец отвлекает от мыслей о прозябании в болоте, из которого не можешь выползти.
Кому-то это все кажется просто легким способом подцепить "паству", получить в обладание привязанного к тебе человека, стоит только засветиться на горизонте. Поэтому и так часто становится почвой для всевозможных фантазий.

Так и не удалось уснуть, зато внезапно появился прилив сил и настроения как раз к тому моменту, когда я вчера успел проснуться во второй раз. Теперь еще и остался один, а потом пропущу все, что случится за день, если не пропущу, то застану в таком состоянии, то даже не знаю бы было ли лучше, если пропустил. Появилась энергия и способность вовлекаться в процесс, чтобы чем-то заняться, но боюсь, через пару часов эта фаза снова сменится на аптично-депрессивную и продержится неизвестно сколько. …и в такие моменты подъема снова отчетливо возвращается способность в чувственно-эмоциональный опыт, поэтому и появляется мотивация к деятельности и поглощению новой информации, но и начинает хотеться повернуть все вспять, чтобы это было не со мной. Я закончил.
Даже не знаю, что сказать.
Мне вернули деньги за приём, отказались выписывать таблетки и сказали в следующий раз приходить с мамой. Причина: я себя не обеспечиваю и отдельной личностью не являюсь, поэтому мои проблемы будет обсуждать 3 человека и, как врач выразился, в последнюю очередь я.
Опять ощущение, что меня не за того приняли. Вместо советов по поводу тревоги и приступов, он рекомендовал мне ходить в тренажёрный зал и, простите за слова, вертеть пиздой, пугая меня старнкнием и одиночеством.
Возможно, я лишь просто пизда, которая ничего не понимает. Хочу домой.

У меня есть знакомый врач ходящий на охоту/металлокоп с одним из моих близких друзей и часто с ним бухающий. Этот врач завотделения областного психдиспансера и владелец частной клиники, правда основной профиль там наркология. Я тоже с ним иногда тусуюсь, так вот один раз мы выпивали в магазине с барной стойкой на районе, немножко опьянели и уже выходили на улицу. На встречу шел чувак, у которого настоящая шизофрения. Так тот врач его хорошо знает и по району и по диспансеру. При встрече врач начал жестко троллить шизика спрашивая про Нубиру и говоря, что прямо сейчас ему в голову скорее всего внедряются инопланетяне, пытаясь вывести его на эмоции по поводу космической мании, раздрочить чтобы тот начал что-нибудь для нас исполнять и тем самым повеселил. То есть он намеренно вызывал у шизика приступ просто ради прикола, я уже не говорю про врачебную тайну и остальное. Такие вот наши психиатры, у некоторых из них есть жесткая профессиональная деформация психики и они сами уже не очень адекватны бывают, особенно если выпьют хорошо.

У тебя ведь есть и снимки с энцефалограммой и мрт, все же попробуй дневной стационар, возможно, там врачу будет проще объяснить состояние и больше вероятность, что он выслушает, если не за один прием, то за несколько. Можешь поискать больнички, работающие с какими-нибудь вузами - больше шансы наткнуться на преподающего доктора, а значит более подкованного, чем всякие левые "специалисты" требующие за приемы большие деньги. Думаю, там будет достаточно обратиться через участкового психиатра, но имей в виду, участковые работают больше как кассиры или бухгалтеры, чем как доктора, так что тоже ведут себя непрофессионально чаще. Я наверное, уже заебал тебя этим бесполезным советом, но, имею в виду. Просто, агх, так хочется тебе добра.

Смотри чтобы пресс не расслаблялся и спина без поддержки мышц в районе поясницы не провисала, а то так можно ее травмировать. И больше 4 подходов делать нет особого смысла, лучше нагружай другие мышцы, приседай, например, если нет турника и гантелей. Это звучит парадоксально, но это факт - качая ноги приседаниями по 4 подхода и грудь с трицепсами отжиманиями тоже 4 подходами, ты накачаешь мышцы груди и трицепсы лучше, чем если сделать 8 подходов отжиманий. Причем лучше 1 подход легкий разминочный, а по полной выкладываться только 3 раза.

А я лет в 5 смотрел фильм про обреченных после аварии корабля людей и представил себе на яву, где я был, когда меня еще не родили? Я почему-то считал, что до рождения я был там же, куда могу попасть после смерти. Я закрыл глаза и начал вспоминать, думая про то что было до моего появления на свет и что меня ждет после смерти. И мне очень явственно представилось место, где нет вообще ничего, а у меня даже не ощущалось тело. Не было ни света, ни звука, ни запаха, ни прикосновения - вообще ничего. И еще я на миг перестал понимать кто я и где я, как сюда попал и где был раньше. После у меня случилась очень сильная истерика, я скулил от ужаса как щенок. А временами в снах или по накуре, если мысли повернут сильно не туда, я снова представляю это место и оно мой самый страшный кошмар в жизни. Хорошо в большую часть соучаев соприкосновения с этим местом, я скорее вспоминаю свои старые ощущения от него, чем действительно туда попадаю. Но пару раз, в глубоких, "вложенных" как я их называю, осознанных снах (это когда во сне снится словно заснул и видишь уже другой сон, который снится тебе спящему, а потом это может повториться еще раз так, как в матрешке) я именно попадал в это место и чуть не ссался в постель от ужаса. Кстати, после нескольких таких кошмаров за одну зиму, я надолго прекратил серьезно заниматься дыхательными упражнениями, особенно на ночь и во сне, потому что в осознанном сне я продолжал осознанно дышать и дыхание было как бы центральной осью снов, на которой строилось все остальное. Я тогда рельно забоялся сойти с ума.

На одном далёком-далёком погосте трудился и распечатывал фотографии один Чёрный Принтер. Сначала ему было всё равно, но когда любопытные души умерших и кладбищенская пыль переполнили его терпение, он просто взял и сломался. Тогда его забрали с того далёкого кладбища и привезли в город, населённый живыми людьми, постоянной суетой и всякими непонятными штуками. И попал Чёрный Принтер к одному очень мнительному мальчику, который жил своей жизнью и ничего не подозревал сначала.
Поставили этот Принтер на самый верх антресоли, где только кот мог ходить, если того пожелает, конечно же. Стоит этот Чёрный Принтер наверху, прямо над мнительным мальчиком, довлеет.
Мальчику сначала было всё равно, ну он невнимательный и раздолбай. Но вот мальчику всё хуже и хуже с каждым днём, что-то не то происходит с ним, настроение часто портится, мысли о Смерти появляются и жить не хочется больше. Тогда мальчик понял, что-то здесь не так. Почему плохо, почему происходят странные вещи?
А Чёрный Принтер с душами умерших и кладбищенской пылью только посмеивались и приговаривали - уж мы-то тебя! С собой в могилу заберём!
И в один хороший и прекрасный день, когда мальчик успокоился и включил свои навыки по нахождению всяких таких артефактов, он наконец-то увидел и понял причины своего беспокойства и чувства постоянной слежки.
Мальчик посмотрел наверх. И увидел стоящий на антресоли Чёрный Принтер. Вот ты и попался, подумал мальчик, залез на стул, схватил этот злосчастный Принтер и понёс его в ванную комнату, где вытер кладбищенскую пыль. Потом мальчик долго думал, куда же деть этот черный кусок пластмассы, похожей на гроб? И решил он положить его в кладовую на время. Потом выкинет наверно. Но что, если кто-нибудь подберёт этот принтер и заберёт его к себе домой? Поставит рядом? Нет. Этот принтер надо разобрать и посмотреть что там внутри, мальчик не только очень мнительный, но и очень любопытный.
А потом всё у мальчика было хорошо и на лад пошло.
Можно было бы добавить про то, как Чёрный Принтер сам печатал фотографии мёртвых людей без чернил и бумаги, но мне чота лень и это он будет делать у тех других, кто подберёт его на улице, если мальчик поленится и просто выкинет принтер на помойку.

Мне снился потрясающий сон! Мы всем чаном строили дом. На улице стояла приятная октябрьская погода, пахло листками, дымом от костров и сырой землёй.

Умею читать, писать и (иногда) красиво литературно пиздеть о том, в чём плохо разбираюсь так, что некоторые принимают за образованного. Человек по себе очень медлительный, со сбитым ощущением времени, путаю "право" и "лево", легко могу заблудиться на знакомой улице, в магазине иногда считаю на пальцах, когда расплачиваюсь.
После тяжёлого дня могу целую неделю ощущать упадок сил и не выходить на связь. В людях нуждаюсь, но не умею строить дружеские отношения, удерживая их на дистанции.
От малейшей неудачи способен погрузиться на дной самобичевания и удариться в слёзы.
Слаб физически, часто болею. Когда разговариваю с людьми, они часто переспрашивают. потому что голос слаб и тих.
Очень долго усваиваю новую информацию, но чаще бросаю всё в самом начале. Нет ни образования. ни одного адекватного навыка.

А мне нравилось учиться в своем быдло-ВУЗике. Специальность я выбирал тупо потому, что были знакомые, чтобы дальше устроиться на хорошую работу, а изначально рассчитывал идти на другое. Но потом я втянулся и мне понравилось, даже начал для себя читать книжки по профессии и до сих пор открываю специализированные статьи и сайты, хотя уже не работаю в этой сфере и, вероятно, никогда больше не буду.
С одногруппниками вообще проблем не было, я сразу скентовался с группой распездалов-планокуров и еще даже до поступления, на подготовительных курсах, мы тусовались после учебы. А сколько веселья было на лекциях… реально помню ржали до обоссачки, так что от смеха не было чем дышать.

Вообще, если и поступать куда-то, нужно быть уверенным, что там обучат реальным навыкам. Иногда самоучкой быть и легче, и полезнее, чем тратить годы на низкокачественное образование. Вы не поверите, но у меня есть 3 разных профессии - 2, 3 и даже 4 разряд. Но я совершенно ничего не могу, даже теории не знаю, годы впустую потратил. Хотя я ничего и не ожидал, конечно. Зато там иногда было весело.

На швею не хочешь выучиться? Я тебе уже советовал. Ты художница, а ничего об этом не говоришь, как и про музыку - явно себя недооцениваешь. Можешь даже далеко пойти, став хорошим профессионалом. Деньги там платят хорошие, даже тем кто конвейером по лекалу шьет шапки-гондонки, не имея художественных способностей и вкуса, а если научиться более сложным материям, то вообще будешь в шоколаде. На такой работе особых коммуникаций ни с кем не нужно, сел себе за машинку и строчишь - зарплата от выработки, все заняты, дружеские пиздежы коллеги разводить не будут. Единственный твой недостаток для этой работы то, что здоровье может подкачать. Но вроде сидеть за электрической машинкой должно быть не сложнее, чем за пекой. Многие берут работу домой, шьют по индивидуальному заказу. Можешь устроиться в ателье, где делают или подгоняют дорогие платья, там главное сделать все как нужно, а время особо не гонят - твоя выработка и твои деньги. Я поверхностно плаваю в теме, но слышал хорошие отзывы тех, кто работает швеей.

Представил себе такое резюме и немножко лольнул, не в обиду. Ты пишешь только о плохом и не учитываешь хорошее, которого в тебе тоже много есть.

Нет, такие не посещал. Знакомый ходит на курсы по погромированию на андроиде, там все сидят и ботанят не поднимая головы, потому что пришли учиться и платят за это немалые деньги, никому не интересно общение не по теме. Также как когда сдаешь на права, дружеское общение там редкое исключение, все приходят по делу и посторонним не интересуются, ждут только чтобы быстрее дали нужное и съебать. Знакомства только поверхностные и личных разговоров практически нет.
