Ложись на спинку, положи подушку под голову повыше. Можешь сесть, если так удобнее, но это целый час, так что лучше лечь. Прикрой глаза и расслабь их, устремив взгляд как будто бы вглубь и сквозь возникшую черноту. Для начала можно просто подышать под музыку, всё своё внимание направив на дыхание. Дышать не сложно, это должно быть естественно, но не так, как ты привык. Темп дыхания должен быть чуть медленней, а вдохи глубже, но самое важное, чтобы тебе было комфортно. Дыхание должно быть практически беззвучным, но глубоким. Попробуй. И после вдоха на пару секунд задержи, но не забудь вдохнуть, хи.
Минут 15 можно понаблюдать за ним, затем отпусти, оно само дальше.
Перемести локус внимания на присутствие. Именно утверждением, что ты есть здесь и сейчас. Ты не тело, тело и без тебя прекрасно справляется и сопит себе в удобной позе. Ты нечто, что руками не потрогать, а словами не назвать. Ты присутствие. Ощути это. Дыши и перебывай. Отгоняй картинки, если всплывут одним единственным важнейшим утверждением, что нет ничего, кроме пребывания. Не так сложно, как кажется. Главное не двигайся, а если захочется почесать что-то, и эти ощущения отсеки от того самого главного утверждения. Ты не тело, ты всё и одновременно ничто. Будь расслаблен и пусть это будет непринуждённо. Это не сложно. И пописай перед этим, лол!
