Man refused booze on flight to New Orleans punched cops, threatened to put worker 'in a body bag'
> The trouble began on Oct. 13, when Bane downed three drinks on a roughly two-hour, 25-minute flight from Chicago to Louis Armstrong International Airport. Shortly before the plane was to land, he walked toward the front of the plane and asked two flight attendants for another drink, prosecutors wrote in a summary of the case signed by Bane.
>Bane, prosecutors said, shot back,
“That captain has no authority over me.”
>He continued refusing to sit, with at least one passenger recording video of him with a cellphone. That clip showed several people walking up to Bane in apparently fruitless attempts to calm him.
>Yetta unsuccessfully tried to push Bane toward the door. Instead, Bane, who the court documents note is "large and very muscular," pushed Yetta into a corner and then punched both him and Sheriff’s Office Deputy Carl Cade.
