Im pretty active and ride at least 15km / day some times 50km+
i dont snack or drink soda and have just 2 meals a day. I would be fit as fuck if it wasnt for all the calories in the goon. Still though i can goon it up and parma pizza it up and still maintain a pretty healthy equalibrium.
