I don't know how to deal with bull ants, But i suggest finding the nest and burning it or pouring toxic chemicals into it. Fuck those guys, you're actually supposed to get an exterminator to deal with them when they're near human dwellings, not sure if the government forks the bill or not.
Spiders can be dealt with easily, if there are a ton of places they can hide just flea bomb the place, it'll kill all the fuckers and then vacuum afterwards.
Personally i use that stuff that automatic fly sprayers use, its weaker than it needs to be, but generally Australian spiders aren't made to survive it. However this will not deal with the spiders coming into the house so i suggestive if you can't put carpet down to block their entrances, lightly surface spray the area.I also recommend leaving the windows and doors open when you do all this (except for the flea bomb) having chemicals in places where you sleep can cause problems (particularly flammable ones)
Finally cockroaches can be a bitch, However it depends on which one we're talking about. Are they native Australian cockroaches? because generally they only come in to escape the heat and aren't made for poisons, don't eat your food and are generally good for your garden.
However if its and invasive cockroach like for example; The Australian Cockroach, you've got yourself a problem. I can't help you there mate, but remember to watch out for bedbugs.
