Yeah, for me it's mostly just avoiding snacking. If you do that, combined with even light exercise the weight just drops off. Surprising how much something as stupid and small as a piece of toast can add.

If you can push yourself to get used to being hungry, like try to accept that as your new state of being, you can lose that weight really fast. It does suck though.

So it's a lot of consciously tearing yourself away from the kitchen whenever you're there, and avoiding those "fuck it ;_;" phases that happen every day or so.

I was reading about urbex in Melbourne a while ago. Apparently the councils have recently blocked most of the drains from trespassers for their own safety so those are mostly out. That kind of leaves tall buildings but, and I know this seems daggy, but I'm not big into trespassing. Sounds like a major assessment. Just keep practising what to say with your presentation like you are presenting it. It will look and sound better. Each time you present it on your own it you will pick up on issues. Those are issues that won't happening when presenting. Any minor issues then are not significant. Follow any criteria given on the structure. That's a big issue I have seen that people spend 5 minutes for 2 marks but neglect the rest of the other questions for 5 marks.

I have grown up around drug users that had complete control over health I kept getting told. They were fine according to their health reports, it had no impact on their health they told me growing up. They now have major health issues can be significant correlated to their drug use that have significantly impacted their health. I've got 58~ hours in it and the last 10-15 hours have been me sort of just picking it up because I was bored and needed something to do. Less than 60 hours in MHW and I'm pretty much done with it until the monster additions (mid year) and inevitable g-rank release which will probably take years. To compare, I've put 350ish into MH4u and I could still go back and play it without getting bored, although 4u was my first so there's a lot of learning hours.
