after i got out of rehab, anxiety tricked me again and made me think my new meds were fucking me up and i panicked and started tapering, then went into an IOP program when i couldn't take it anymore. the shrink there wanted to put me on an snri but i convinced myself that anything having to do with serotonin is fucking up my jaw and ears, so i refused. we then compromised on gabapentin which i tried taking before i went to rehab but freaked out when i got new ringing in the ears. a few weeks ago i began having hearing problems and gabapentin is extremely ototoxic. i tried to smoke weed again last weekend in a last ditch effort to get off these drugs. it felt nice until i woke up then i was 5 times more anxious than i normally am. why can't i just redo the last 10 months and never quit smoking weed. i've been diagnosed as GAD, major depressive disorder, severe alcohol and marijuana dependence, OCD, and i have somatic symptom disorder so no one believes me when i say i have something wrong with me. so that's what's been going on with me
