Have any of the following isekai ideas were already used in any work? Because I'd love to read something like that, even if it is isekai trash.
>reverse isekai
>MC born in fantasy world constantly feels out of place
>gets transfered to [default modern Earth]
>integrates into the society quickly and without any problems, feels at home living a mundane life
>underwhelming isekai
>MC gets truck'd, wakes up in another world that's 99% the same as the original one (including its current date) but the names of most things are a bit different, so are historical dates that are off by day
>MC has no problems living by but everyone thinks he's autistic because he is always slightly incorrect in dates or names
>cognitive isekai
>MC gets truck'd & isekai'd, but actually the MC is the one who has changed, he lives in the same world but thinks that it is a new one (is it becaise of brain damage? Mental shock? Chuuni LARPing because of disappointment and denial of the fact that, despite what modern manga told him, getting into a car accident won't grant you a life in a new world? That would be the main mystery of the story)
>truck isekai
>truck gets hit by a Japanese schoolboy, the truck gets transfered to Not-Cybertron
>the truck, being one of the simpliest, weakest and slowest machines on the planet, has to find a way to return to its homeworld while surviving among the hostile hover tanks, piranha nanomachines, land battleships and oilthirsty killdozers also no humanoid machines or transformations into humanoid form, because, otherwise, the work could lose its charm
