CR doesn't know what the hell to do at the moment while Netflix is running head first into the anime market with strong titles to back them up. Once they get a strong foot in the industry to the point where JP studios don't want to ignore them. I looked at this and there's a little more to it. Stats for any tag relative to all galleries is unreliable, there's loads of very undertagged old uploads that bloat the numbers. A better way is to look at two tags together. My conclusions from looking at the same tags you did were:
doujinshi artists are less cucked than commmercial eromanga
japanese galleries are slightly less cucked than english ones (is this a result of scanlator preference or reader demand?)
milf is the most cucked major tag,
