I'd rather not move. If they ban abdl stuff broadly, then yeah move. But I think there's a difference between the two things. I don't think drawings and fake things should be illegal. In principle I think you should be able to post it because it isn't real.
I also have appreciated your moderation style of just letting folks post whatever and not trying to shape things to your personal tastes. And haven't flexed your authority to silence things or interfere with shitposts. You let shit be and freedom ring.
But in frank honestly, the loli/shota threads always felt more like a liability to browing here then a feature to me personally. I don't think drawings should ever be illegal, but they are in a lot of places. And I'm really here for 18+ things and skirting copyright.

I appreciate all your feedback and I've been thinking about it.
My original intention was to not break the community between two chans. That's why I planned to lock thread creation, to give a push towards 8moe and have most of you there.
I've come to the conclusion that's not the best option.
I'll simply leave to you the decision. I will not lock thread creation, but I'll alert about loli/shota content being banned by global admins on the random request thread and suggesting 8moe for that and as a bunker.
I also want you all to keep in mind how censorship escalates and if you only fight it when something you like gets banned, then it'll be too late.

What exactly are they looking for? I remember when /b/ and /b2/ were dealing with this the global mods were using Dost test to decide if threads/pics were deemed for deletion. So are they making sure that all pictures either drawn or 3D depict people over the age of 18? I see the age regression threads/pics, pics from cartoon shows and any anime character that slightly look underage up next for deletion. Think you should explicitly state on the page header that posting of loli/shota content is not allowed and can be subject to permanent banning from the global admin like what happened to that one anon. I've already seen a post of an anime pic where the character is clearly underage even though threads have been created about it being banned. Hopefully anons are aware of ban evading which shouldn't be too difficult since tor and vpns are not banned here unlike 4chan.
I also remember that Jim was pretty close to enforcing the loli/shota ban a few years ago even after the El Paso shooting and the re-branding so it was going to happen at some point. Would be interesting to see if other boards are also now starting to deal with this too.
