This is amazing and similar to a story idea that I've had floating around in my head for quite a while.
Women have their rights taken away as a result of whatever but this world would have a multi-tiered class system in place. The best a woman can hope for is to be the stepford-esque ideal housewife for their assigned husband/owner/etc. Female education is centered around domestic chores to help them be the best little housewife they can be.
If they prove to be unsuitable as a housewife or fail their master in some way they will be dragged into a courtroom where the men (her owner included) would decide how to downgrade her status. Perhaps one will be sent to one of the public brothels where she will be used for the remainder of her life while her master collects the income. Another will be downgraded to human pet or human furniture or maybe just a simple laborer.
But this one's forced to live her life as a big baby and if she fights back maybe she gets some bodymod stuff like >>81368 mentioned. Her master (now daddy) acquires a new wife who does a much better job than she did and becomes the girl's mommy. The new mommy loves having an elevated social status and power over her so she naturally starts domming her, maybe taking things too far from time to time.
Perhaps this wife gets caught doing something with the big baby that she isn't supposed to and is forced to become baby #2 and he gets a third wife.
I have ideas about making the baby in this story some ultra-feminist caricature who falls through a "down the rabbit hole" or whatever from our world into a world where all of the above is commonplace.
