Surrogate by Calliope was very good and surprisingly high quality when I first read it 5-6 years ago.

Basically:

>Girl (13-ish) is into diapers

>Cousin (also girl same age) becomes orphan

>Comes to live with them

>Startss bed wetting due to stress

>Is forced to wear diapers to bed by girl’s parents and girl gets to love out her diaper fantasies through her cousin’s predicament

More happens but that’s the basic set up - decent length and completed

This one is one of my favorites. It's about a teenage girl that gets blackmailed by these little girls she's babysitting and they play a Truth or Dare game where the dare always lands on the teenage girl, resulting in several creative humiliation scenarios. Eventually the girl's sister, her best friend, and her friend's mother get wrapped up in it as well.
