Picking one all-time favorite is just about an impossible task. That said, most of my favorite pieces of art rev my engine because of the concepts rather than the artistic execution. So while this isn't exactly my favorite ABDL art-piece, it is the one that I enjoy most for the way that it's drawn in addition to what's been drawn. The expressions are just perfect in my opinion.

Plus, I've never seen anything that looks as comfortable as that particular car seat. And that onesie and pacifier gag are both super adorable. Also, that character has the perfect level of androgyny. I think if I could trade lives with one character in a piece of artwork, it'd be them.

1. The thought of a wish going wrong like that is fun to think about.

2. He seems to be going without knowing, which incontinence has always been an interesting thought, although I hope to never actually be.

3. Regression stuff is really appealing to me.

4. This YCH from Lizab is a mixed bag for me. There was some flavor text applied to the original where it said something to the tone of "The caregiver is at her wits end, and he drank one too many apple juice boxes". This one from that batch is my favorite as it shows the pullup soaked and a fresh open pack of pampers, saying that the caregiver is just like "Whatever, you want to act like a baby, then you get to be" in that it isn't the first time he has soaked through. Others with a clean diaper on are also good for that reason, but this is the cake.

When I read the OP, this is image was one of the first that came to mind, so I'm happy to see it already posted. I'm also in the same camp as you, where the concept of a piece of ABDL art will do much for me compared to the overall quality of the art. Sure it's preferable if that art is good as well, but I often find myself saving images that are less artistically impressive but have really hot concepts/scenarios instead. This artist popped up recently have have been drawing some real cute stuff, their style is a bit different but I really like it.

Not furry, but the aesthetics of this one is what I love.
