Canadian shipping from Rearz is fucking like 200+ dollars and Cooshie Tooshiez doesn't carry bambino, like come on! I swear and some stupid fuck on twitter gets a response from the company in a day but I can't even get one lousy fucking email. Because it's not feasible. There are no machines that can do it and the size range of adults means you either have to do the crappy granny panty style which looks awful or release way too many sizes to be even close to revenue neutral. This has been asked and explained a lot.

I confess I haven't tried any of the medical adult pull-ups. Are they particularly bad?

I was envisaging someone using those same machines but adding printed designs.

In my opinion cuteness is more important than absorbancy when dealing with pull-ups. I've tried ones designed for bed wetters, but they start to rip on the sides if I move around too much or wear them for too long.

Personally use abena m3 pull ups. More or less an m3 but in a pull up with a cloth back. Really comfortable while still being absorbent.
