I finally finished watching Shounen Maid. I wish there were more episodes. I watched most of it months ago but I didn't want to watch the last episode and have it end. I might read the manga.

I liked it.

To my surprise, it was unironically a sweet wholesome story about family values. I recommend it if you have mommy issues.

Overall it was comfy, had some funny moments, and some of the characters were likable. OST was decent. I plan to relisten to the entire soundtrack. There was a lot of potential overall.

Things I didn't like: excessive use of typical crude Japanese humour. A lot of it was simply 'unfunny', in my opinion. This is coming from someone who watches a lot of SOL and is already used to tolerating this sort of thing. Also the direction overall was mediocre. Art style was nothing special. Didn't really like the character designs.

Overall 7/10 mainly because it made me feel warm and fuzzy inside.

It wasn't super good and it was pretty gay, although not as gay as I thought it would be. Probably more aimed at a female audience.

Not OP. Anyway, I didn't really notice, I just liked it. It's far from my favorite anime, but I really did like how wholesome it was and the warm tingles I got watching it on occasion. Then again, I loved Ouran Highschool Host Club despite yaoi twins; so my tastes are just as shit as everyone else's in this thread.
