I've been reading the manga for a while now but skipped the anime when it released.

I didn't like that they changed the art style.

Some scenes were made to look more lewd in the anime, which I'm grateful. Akari looked hot as fuck in a bikini, and then there's Ellie with scenes like her flying to rescue Hinata, showing a lot of leg, or her gorgeous ass in a yukata.

Depending on lore, it doesnt work the way you think. The act of biting and drinking blood directly from the vein/artery has significance to vampires. Simply drinking that kind of leaking blood is like drinking juice oozing out of a rotten fruit.
