At least the premise is "MC is capable at fighting" and not "MC is completely useless but they keep him around because he's the MC", and I will give credit to the MC for his thoughts on the issue being "I want to keep fighting to see what else she'll do as a "reward"", and not "oh, how awful that an attractive girl made out with me!".
The whole thing with the real world seems entirely unnecessary though. There have been enough examples of female-only squads and powers to justify his situation without needing the whole society to revolve around it.
