For future reference, maybe it will work if you launch Mixxx from AppLocale? It's a utility that runs any other program as if it were in a different locale (technically, I think it changes the language codepage just for that program).

Not that you should trust some rando on the internet (and unfortunately Microsoft removed the original download link). But, it's been extremely handy software for me, and I'm sad to see they don't support it any more - I've been able to extract a lot of zip files cleanly that would have been mangled without it.

Just went for my after stream smoke down by the river. It's nice and warm out with the flowers blooming all around. Its been raining heavily lately so the river is flowing steadily and lapping at the banks and the steam rising from the cold water gave off a picturesque feeling with the trees illuminated in the fog and streetlights.
