The trailers for it looked okay at best.

I'm looking too. I'm hopeful that urobuchi's writing will be enough to carry ugly CG, as it (IMO) did with Expelled from paradise.

I didn't manage to watch more than a few minutes of "Blame" though, partly because of the visuals.

Blame! was alright, Knights of Sidonia looked godawful though. I dont even understand why they decided to make an anime adaptation off of that and not Biomega.

The visuals in GMP dont look too bad though, it looks pretty decent for cgi.

Personally I think Godzillas back muscles are too huge and that greenish tint is wrong too.
