At yet, this is probably the best that Haoliners has done. Other than, To Be Hero being the only good one they've made. Bloodivores is probably the most entertaining in a stupid kind of way. The Outcast dragged on with a second season that will likely never come. Cheating Craft was average with a twist ending that will never be resolved. Spiritpact was Quality and extremely gay. Gin no Guardian took too long to get to the game aspect and just abruptly ends. Enmusubi no Youko-chan is an example of Chinese imitating Japan and failing but somehow got a second season, which most Haoliner shows have not gotten, given the track record of them producing really bad endings.
Evil and Live seems to be taking the aspects of Bloodivores and Cheating Craft as the basis of its story. Which could be a good or bad thing. Since, it's Haoliners, 90% sure its going to be bad.
Do they have some grade-A talent working there that I'm not seeing that they've been given more chances than other animation studios have gotten?
