Steal their identity for prank use in social media. If you have their name, pics, info, etc, create social media accounts using them and provide as much personal details as possible, ie manager at Taco Bell or whatever to make them easy to find for even the most retarded of normies. Do not use their identity for any financial gain though. Create profiles on dating websites, and hookup sites like tinder and grinder. Use their identity to say crazy shit on twitter and facebook like, "I've had about enough of these worthless fucking niggers." or "Oh look. Another faggot parade." SJWs, niggers, and faggots will then hunt down said person and have them fired from their jobs, exiled from communities, and who knows what else. Let the angry mob do the dirty work for you while keeping your own hands clean. The worst thing that could happen to you is a libel lawsuit which is civil, not criminal, and that's only if they figure out that you're the one behind it. Kikes and the media destroy people's lives like this all the time and they never get into any trouble for it. If you do somehow get busted by the cyber police and sued, it won't matter if you're a poorfag with nothing of value to have taken from you.
