*ITEM #*: SCP-46HU
*OBJECT CLASSIFICATION*: Safe Euclid
*SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES*: SCP-46HU is to be accommodated in a customized 5x5 humanoid containment cell whose furniture and utilities take into account its very limited understanding of modern technology and ideally should resemble designs known from the Japanese Asuka period.
While the subject generally does not show aggression towards Foundation employees, dignitaries of the Buddhist faith should not come into contact with SCP-46HU. Those individuals who actively participate in the Buddhist faith but hold no formal position within it may converse with the subject, but are strongly encouraged to avoid discussions about religious subjects while doing so.
At the current time, SCP-45HU is not to be informed about the Foundation custody of SCP-_. Inquiries about the other specimen should be met with the reassurance that the search for it is still ongoing.
*DESCRIPTION*: SCP-46HU is an adolescent human female of Japanese descent. By its own words, the subject is a so-called shikaisen, a type of immortal from Taoist mythology, and is more than 1400 years old. However, SCP-46HU also states that it has spent the vast majority of this timespan in a deathlike torpor in order to attain immortality, only coming back to life relatively recently after entering [REDACTED].
SCP-46HU claims to be part of the ancient Mononobe clan, and more specifically calls itself Mononobe no Futo, which may correlate to Futsuhime, younger sister of Mononobe no Moriya and wife of Emperor Sushun. However, the subject's own recollections and contemporary historical accounts contain several contradictions, making any clear identification with the historic Futsuhime difficult if not outright impossible.
While the veracity of the subject's self-description can not be proven beyond doubt, SCP-46HU has repeatedly and consistently displayed a near-complete lack of knowledge concerning anything from socio-political events to technological advances that have taken place after the beginning of its inactive phase during the late sixth century. Though this effect presumably was still bearable while the subject resided in [REDACTED], it's arrival in our world has essentially exposed it to a constant stream of culture shocks; which likely are behind the frequent signs of an avoidant personality disorder (AvPD) displayed by SCP-46HU. As such, the Foundation is currently providing psychological therapy and general education to the specimen for both humanitarian and pragmatical reasons.
Aside from its supposed immortality and skills found in other HU specimen, SCP-46HU possesses the ability to manipulate feng-shui, a type of Chinese geomancy which governs the flow of local Qi energies within static areas. The subject in particular appears to be capable of blocking, altering the direction of, and accelerating or decelerating the flow of Qi by placing a number of ancient dinner plates in its possession along the ground; thus strengthening or weakening organic lifeforms in the affected area (for a full list of research on the symptoms produced by an altered Qi flow, please consult the Foundation's Department for Non-Conventional Physics and Physiology). Due to the difficulties of measuring Qi flow and its effects via precise scientific means, the full extend of this ability is currently not understood.
ADDENDUM_1: A request to use SCP-46HU as an alternative means to secure the containment of SCP- 30HU is currently pending approval by local site command.
ADDENDUM_2: Following incident 46HU-03, the object classification of the specimen has been changed to 'Euclid' and dignitaries of the Buddhist faith may no longer approach it.
