I have a couple 2hu related drawings I made a while ago. Here's one, probably my best work so far.

You might want to try using a pen tablet, although it can be a bit tricky to use at first. It makes a huge difference if you can draw sj00tlesh lines which variate in width (depending on how much pressure you use with the pen). Also consider getting a good drawing software which supports layers, like Paint tool SAI and watch a couple anime drawing tutorials from youtube etc. This alone should get you a long way. All that's left after that is simply to practice i.e. draw as much as you can in order to get better at it.

Drawing lines and using colors (usually on different layers) is pretty much all there is in order to create decent 2hu digital art. Well at least I hardly use any too fancy effects or filters in my works. Some nifty coloring tips can be found from said tutorials.
