I have the drive and dongle for this. Due to the way Namco's security works, nothing can be done until a motherboard for the game is found. It does not use the same N2 PC as the MT3 series.
Eventually I will track down the motherboard and this will get decrypted.

Would it be possible to just dump the assets and then run the game under Xash3D (Goldsrc compatible engine)? It technically wouldn't be 1:1 the actual arcade but it would still technically be playing it.

Technically it should be possible just by replacing the models and maps since this is probably just a regular CS running on a linux machine. Unless the .pak files is encrypted, that is.

The entire game and OS are encrypted blobs. You can't just extract the assets.
I found one guy who has the specific N2 unit for this for sale, but when I asked them if they still had it, they raised the price significantly. Fuck that, I'll find one eventually.
