Are you implying that I'd need to be rich to do that kind of stuff? Because in that case, I disagree. I'm not talking about flying around the world for months in search of ancient books, exploring the oceans with a nuclear submarine or things like that. There are plenty of places not too far from where I live that are potentially creepy. In fact, the world is so full of them, that I bet there are at least a few near you as well.

My city is pretty lame actually when it comes to the paranormal, so I would have to travel a bit. Young urban area near the beach, no real history here and no caves. Summoning spirits is always an option at least.

There is this abandoned farm place near me that is supposedly haunted by one of the most famous ghosts in my country (pic related), whom many people I know have either directly or indirectly encountered him. Tomorrow I'm going with a friend of mine to this place, see it for ourselves and take some pictures of the place. Should I make a separate thread about this?

He's known for physically attack people who provoke him, it happened to my grandfather once. In his early days (around the 18th century) he was known for killing people in violent ways not far away from where I live, although that hasn't happened for at least two centuries now (I think), he's still not someone to be messed with or to be underestimated. Nevertheless, I might go at night, but whether or not my friend wants to do that I don not know yet. I will make a separate thread and write all I know currently about him.
