According to Homer, the gods can disguise themselves as humans, but you can recognise them from the way they walk. In the stories I've read, shapeshifters behave strangely (for example, eating raw meat) or say strange things (repeating the same thing they've said before, word for word). What makes you think this person might not be human in the first place?

Good question, OP. Couple of years ago I was on a train and the woman that sat across me on the other side of the aisle disappeared while I checked my phone for about 15-20 seconds. She had a lot of baggage, shoes taken off, unpacked lunch etc. Everything gone. Since then I have been looking into stories, where people or places suddenly appear or disappear. I always take note of the physical appearance of the person involved.

Here are the things they seem to have in common

- tall

- lean, have yet to hear a story with a fat person

- men always seem to have longer hair

- no tattoos

- long / oval face

- not necessarily beautiful / handsome but usually pleasing and never ugly

- not older than 40

I get them from different paranormal boards, forums, subreddits, etc. I have saved most of them in textfiles and links etc. Gonna try to organized them a bit and make a thread.

Have sex with them. If their texture feels significant different than regular human genitals, they might be non-human.

There are several identifying characteristics:

1. Smooth talker, regardless of context

2. Seems to care about you personally but doesn't know anything about you

3. Eerie, unconvincing smile

4. Source of their income is a mystery

5. When asked specific questions, never seems to give a comprehensible answer

If the above applies, you may have encountered a non-human entity, commonly known as a politician. Please do not engage with or donate money to this creature, as it only encourages it to return every 2 to 6 years.

You can tell if you met something if:

1.) They are a stranger that speak esoterically about general information about you without prior knowledge of even who you are you're beliefs, interests and hobbies as sort of a wink wink nudge nudge.

2.) You generally have an odd feeling about said being even before any type of interaction.

3.) Synchronization: If your mind is bent on meeting someone/something/an event, its more likely to happen, some will call it wishful thinking/schizophrenia but in some cases your thoughts CAN change the outcome of things likely to happen.

I have personally met several entities, they seem rather friendly. I'm sure they could be good/bad/neutral, but when it comes down to it, the only reason any type of other worldy being would interact with you is to tinker with the future nature of humans and how they interact with other lifeforms.
