I vaguely remember something, but not the one you posted. Sometimes it's difficult to say with early childhood memories (I was born in 1985) what's real and what's a fake memory. It's possible that Disney briefly used a different intro as part of a promotion or anniversary and then never used it again.

All of these TV Movies had this. I vaguely remember it for Davey Crocket and other movies too. This one is in 1979, but throughout the years it changed.

It is a mixture of Disney re-releasing their shit with different intros, and no one ever thinking this shit is worth archiving. Us not remembering it 100% correctly could also add to this. It is amazing just how much information we lose even with the internet. It is probably in an Disney archive or in a library like you suggested. However, no one bothered to upload it online.

I also remember watching alot of disney movies.

I remember tinker bell tapping her wand all persnickety like "boop!" hehe! there you go! on the top of the highest cone of the castle, but I remember it for only the oldest disney movies.
