He's definitely shrewd and he tapped into something very special with The Pipebomb™ but overall he's not even that talented. He never had the physique, he's clearly not very athletically gifted, and his charisma very rarely shone through on TV whether through fault of his own or not (FIVE YEARS MINIMUM). He's more a product of the right place and right time than anything. I don't class him in the top ten talkers of all time, let alone top ten wrestlers. CM Punk is for the most part a one trick pony who got very lucky with the timeframe he was most active and who struck while the iron was fruitful. Dude is unremarkable otherwise, and if he had been smart enough to recognize that fact himself, he'd probably been able to quietly retire with a very respectable legacy instead of the shameful shitshow he insisted on creating for himself. CM Punk is an exhibition in not knowing when to shut the fuck up and take the win instead of pushing like a retard and ending up looking like a complete fucking loser.
