Basically, you don't know yet but you WILL know if you're unfortunate enough to encounter him.

Even when I was 9 that's how I took his lyrics to mean. If anything the stupidest part is the "won't see it coming" line. Yeah, because no-one can see a 7ft 500lb bald dude in a loin cloth hurtling towards them.

It's actually cryptic baneposting. First sign is that it's the theme for the BIG Show, who is obviously a Big Guy for anyone in wrestling, being 7ft tall.

Referencing the conversation between Bane and CIA where Bane kept alluding to his 'plan', something CIA needed to be ready for but he wasn't sure what it was, except that getting caught was part of it.

>>You won't see it coming

>>But I promise you'll know

Bane being on CIA's plane was somthing CIA didn't expect, let alone crashing CIA's plane which came soon after Bane's reveal. Also, Bane explicitly informed CIA that his plane would get crashed with no survivors, so even though CIA didn't expect Bane to crash his plane, at least Bane told him about it before doing so.
