I agree with you on the slavery thing, regarding any usage of it that is literal. I feel like adding that, regardless of what you think of Ayn Rand and her philosophical views, she was very obviously high IQ and held an aversion towards cognitive dissonance / contradictory views that is very rare to find in women. She's an author who has written strong female characters, yet wrote this "rape" scene and always emphasizes the differences between men and women. Dominique is at least partially a self-insert Mary Sue character.
While this 48 minute section of the story is entirely plausible, it's also incredibly unlikely to happen.
