Been awhile since I've played through any of these. Last one was X1. I kind of want to go through all the X's, but I also wanna skip to X4 because I've never played any of the non-SNES X games. I know they're not well regarded but I wanna see how bad they are.

hey BO, it's me OP. Sorry, I just forgot this board existed until now.

I see there's not a lot of users here, but I'll try to post more regularly. I just glimpsed at 4chan vr and it's a hellhole.

X4 isn't the bad one, but X5 onwards are disappointing, not terrible or unplayable, but disappointing.

X series peaked with X2 for me, although many people would also say X1 or X4. X4 is well regarded and it's good, I just don't think it's better than X1 or X2, maybe it's better than X3.

All good, I forget about it too. Guess I'll skip X4 and beyond if they're just mediocre. Too many games to play as it is. I'll probably do X and X2 back to back. Finishing some games in my backlog at the moment before that though.

Yeah X and X2 are always a good time no matter what.

Lately I've been really into Mega Man VII, well since last year when I made this thread. It's slowly becoming my favorite somehow. I need to play Rockman & Forte.

I could never get into 7 or Rockman and Forte, to be fair I never really tried though. They were some of the first games I tried out through emulation years ago. Real cartridges of 7 are going for $200 so looks like I'll be emulating that if I try it again.
