I find it pretty interesting, though I definitely wouldn't go out and purchase a random card simply to see what's on it. I had to purchase a VMU recently, and checked out what was already on it. Found a replay file for Capcom vs SNK and I feel compelled to watch it.

I love doing that. I've had people tell me it's creepy, but I don't see anything invasive about it. Just a look at how someone else enjoys a similar hobby.

Not so much with memory cards, because used VMUs are normally full of NBA2K and the like. Old computers are full of despair.
