It's nice but I prefer one-sided romantic vore, where the pred thinks it's so romantic that they'll be as close as possible to each other but the prey is terried and desperately tries to convince the pred to stop, but they're in such a love trance that they're completely oblivious to the cries for help.

It could be like those stories you hear about crazy people who live with someone's corpse in their house for years after they've died. The pred could believe that the prey still lives on inside of them and regularly talk to their body as if they were talking to a person.

Personally I can enjoy the aspects of both the willing and unwilling romantic vore.

It has an endeering factor with the option of also being bittersweet. For example, a poor couple who can't afford to sustain themselves could go through it as a sacrifice to stay together even if it wasn't possible financially. That can show a lot of love and devotion.

Non fatal it can also just be very cute. It just becomes a cute activity two (or more) people can share.
