W sumie to od poniedziałku do piątku będą jeździć tam głównie nasi starzy. My głównie na weekendy. Będzie gdzie zrobić imprezkę z noclegami. Zawsze to jakaś inwestycja.
Trochę będzie mało na początek prywatności na działce- trzeba będzie posadzić tuje/dokupić płotki zasłaniające, ale do wszystkiego dojdziemy powoli.
Minusem będzie woda z ujęcia - manganowo-żelazista, ale chuj z tym. To nie jest aż taki problem. Nie będzie to dom całoroczny.
200 kPLN wkładu własnego, 130 kPLN kredyciku hipotetycznego na 10 lat. Najpoważniejsza decyzja finansowa w naszym życiu dotychczas. Ale w sumie jako małżeństwo bez żadnych kredytów te 1300 zeta przez 10 lat nas nie zabije.
To będzie albo dobra decyzja, albo zła, albo taka sobie.

Powiem Wam Anonsy, że mam dużą satysfakcję z mojego związku z Kitką, ale największym dla mnie wyzwaniem obecnie jest dilowanie z tzw. życia prozą.
Mamy odpowiednio 35 i 40 lat. Coś tam przeżyliśmy. Mieliśmy wcześniej związki. Coś tam pozwiedzaliśmy zagranico. Jesteśmy wykształceni i mamy zainteresowania (ja nawet wiem co było przed wielkim wybuchem, ale to temat na inny wątek). Żyjemy niebiednie jako górna klasa robotnicza (ja korpoludek, Kitka urzędnik). Dostaliśmy na start od rodziców dość konkretne zasoby.
Jednak dni i tygodnie zapierdalają jak szalone. Po części to jest wina pracy. Ale głównie wieku. 3 lata temu zrobiłem sobie 8 miesięcy przerwy pomiędzy jedną pracą a następną i ten czas też przeleciał szybko.
Szukamy inspiracji. Miejsca do refleksji. Swojego Alamo. Swojego Wysokiego Zamku.
Myślę, że kupno tej daczy da nam częstszy kontakt z przyrodą i zróżnicuje szalony krąg pracy-konsumpcji.
Swoją drogą ten rok zupełnie mnie zmienił. Już wcześniej wiedziałem, że izolacja i introwertyzm to ślepa uliczka. Chodziłem na kursy teatralne i inne aktywności by poszerzyć swoją tzw. Strefę Komfortu.
W tym roku przyniosło to owoce. Wyprawiłem wesele - coś co jeszcze kilka lat temu paraliżowało mnie na samą myśl. Odwiedziłem masę znajomych i rodziny. Rodziny, której nie odwiedzałem np. od 10 lat.
TLDR. Gdy życie daje ci cytryny, zrób z nich lemoniadę.
