Od zostania kimś na 8 godzin zamiast powrotu do bycia pantoflarzem w domu. Aby nie stresować się pracą musisz mieć coś poza pracą do którego chcesz wracać. Praca nie może zdominować tym kim jesteś i nie może służyć jako odskocznia od twojego życia prywatnego.
