Od 1944 do 1991 roku świat był spolaryzowany na obozy komunistyczny i kapitalistyczny. Komunistyczny był realnym zagrożeniem dla zachodniej finansjery i przez to cała moc przerobowa jednego i drugiego była ładowana w mil-ind kompleks USA. Po upadku ZSRR te tryliony dolcow przestały mieć ujście, nie było już z kim walczyć ani jak utrzymywać tej machiny. Od 1991 roku USA było tylko w ograniczonych, jednorazowych konfliktach typu Iraqi Freedom, albo Afgranistan… Nie było już z kim walczyć, świat stał się z duocentrycznego policentryczny, a USA- jak widać- wegetowało po tej wojnie aż do tego momentu, gdzie w wyniku tąpnięcia na świecie (które się zdarzają i nikt w nie nigdy kurwa nie wierzy!), właśnie zapadają się pod ciężarem własnej armii, finansjery i zaniedbań, podobnie jak ZSRR krótko przed swoim upadkiem.
