Rozpierdoliłbym większość wojsk liniowych które do niczego się obecnie nie nadają, postawił na cyberbezpieczeństwo, rodzimą fabrykę specjalistów, siły specjalne i aparaty bezzałogowe. Do tego cywilno- wojskowa formacja służąca typowo do przeciwdziałaniu klęskom żywiołowym i tego typu zadaniom armii.
