I recently bought a Wacom. The problem is that my computer refuses to run the drivers properly unless I boot with the "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" option.
Is there any way for me to "whitelist" the Wacom driver so I dont have to disable the signature enforcement every time I want to use it?

I'm of two minds about this. On the one hand I must agree I wouldn't have recognized Vivian if I didn't already know you were doing this series (or if it hadn't been for /v/ in the background). Maybe she'd have been better off keeping her green eyes, or frizzled hair, or green and purple color scheme (not that most of those would've helped in a greyscale pic, admittedly).
On the other hand, this is a hypothetical situation where she'd be born as a different species, in a different world, with a different culture and a complete lack of videogames. How similar could she have ended up to the Vivian we know? I'm kind of glad you were willing to experiment more wildly and didn't set any definite features or characterization (changing the hue of her hair, for instance, isn't something you'd see many artists do in this situation, even though it makes the different designs more interesting to compare). You just need to finetune this particular design a bit to find that sweet spot between familiarity and differentiation.
Light elf Viv does this pretty well even though at first glance she just looks like Vivian with elf ears. Her hair is straightened, she wears a fancy dress, and she has a flower in her hair. All fits the image of elves as glamorous, graceful and attuned to nature. But she's still got stray hairs and eyebags, indicating she's not as concerned about her looks as the average elf. And the look on her face makes it clear she'd rather be at home, doing whatever elves do instead of gaming. Light elf Viv has a good balance. You just got to find something like that for dark elf Viv.

Its a question of visual design. Vivians signature visual traits are messy/wavy hair, eye bags, the alice band and the bow.
However on the pic the hair is straight, theres no visible bags, the band is barely visible, but the snake is fucking brilliant if you ask me. But the iconic combination is not apparent enough and the character is not recognizable as such from a cursory look.

It's hard for me tell that you've really improved very much because all of what you've done on the booru are simple cartoon characters. There's nothing really wrong with this in my opinion, unless you want to carry out more complex drawings with realistic figures and places.
When the other anon says "polishing a turd" I think he means that you haven't really challenged yourself to improve other drawing skills, like perspective, anatomy, shading, etc. I'll say that you have improved your ability to draw basic geometric shapes and lines (which are both important). However, I have to agree with the other anon; if you keep drawing cartoons like this, you aren't going to develop much further as an artist.

You'd be surprised, for someone at my level, something rather basic can take a while, I specially have a hard time with proportions, but I try to do my best, even if it's not much, I can tell you I try. A counterproposal.
I went for the blue jeans out of sheer preference, and the longer black sleeves because black and white can be used in just about any design without clashing with the other colors. Then I also changed the shoes because neither the purple nor turquoise really seemed to mesh with the rest of the outfit IMO, and made them her hair color to limit the color palette. Now you have two complementary primary colors, orange and blue, with the black sleeves still keeping it from being too boring to look at.
(I'm still not 100% sure about the footwear - shoes and socks - so feel free to keep experimenting there.)

I don't have any relevant guides on hand but here's a shortcut, you know how people draw two lines bisecting the head? do that for every part of the body so you get a consistent idea of the space the object takes up to the sides vs the front.
