Set up an audio stream that captures your output and store it directly to a file. It will only be as high quality as the game decided to render it.

The game package files use a standard compression algorithm, just like a .zip file, and can be opened directly with 7Zip or an equivalent archive manager. From there the raw audio files are readily available.

I know absolutely nothing about this game but it has to have files somewhere. Check your roaming data folder in Windows (Jewgle will help you if you have no idea what I am referring to). Minecraft stores its files there. Otherwise yes setting up an audio stream is the failsafe.
