I thought GTA would have something like this, but the feeling's just not there. Plus, no first person camera from inside the car (although I guess simulating the water physics just for comfy raindrops would be too much to ask from anything other than a game entirely dedicated to this kind of stuff).

The difficult platforming is exactly why the ost and graphics are so comfy. It deters agitation.

At first it was garbage.

Then there was update 1 and then the NEXT update. And now Beyond is turning it into an MMO with persistent and unlimited building.

Im excited to see either a train wreck or a legitmate civilization building game

For me, Dustforce isn't comfy enough with how hard it gets. Umihara Kawase does a better job at mixing challenge with comfy, since there's also exploration and a more puzzle approach to gameplay.

It's like inverse Minecraft, where it starts out shit and they add stuff to make it better. Biggest mistake is hubris, but I hope the release humbled the devs.

I found N++ more relaxing, though that's mainly because it has more filler levels than Dustforce. Not every level out of two thousand can kill you two hundred times.
