Can anyone tell me why lighting effects and shadows are bluring on my screen during game play and won't go the fuck away?

I've tried tinkering with everything and nothing helps. The forums are useless. It's making this shit unplayable.

Anyone have any imput on this? pls halp.

PS2 particles are rendered in a lower resolution at lower settings. DX11 in PS2 is also an early, barely working implementation. If it happens in other games, your GPU has problems. If not, you're fine and it's just Planetside being Planetside.
