there is no other way to get good games on a tablet or smartphone. OP already gave the only options/games and the rest is just emulation.

The Android/IOS market is full with money griffing jews and nobody in curretn zoomer gen cares enough to port all the good games. I saw Caesar port half way and abadoned as soon lawsuit broke in, i saw stronghold shut down in the very same second in hit the surface of light. There is a real ongoing war against actually good video games. Heck, it isn't even video games, just look at all the crapware app shittery and what not. We thought this device would be used like something out of star trek? Think again, the (((free market))) has other plans.
