This is actually true. Friend of mine used to work as an animator for Rescue Rangers and TailSpin during the early 90s. He was telling me about how animators would basically fuck off on their downtime and draw a shitton of lewds, which Disney absolutely frowns upon. Disney issued each animator a set amount of cels, each of them numbered, to prevent this exact thing from happening.
