A few Dwarf Fortress mods allow you to play a dragon in Adventure Mode.

There was that one porn game I forgot about, where you start as a little dragonwyvern, but as you rape and kill all that stand in your way, you get to have a baby that has something better than you(he is bigger, or has wings, or can cast magic, or has another head), and after several generations, you can end up as a hydra, or a winged black dragon with immense strength, or a red dragon that can cast magic and so on. It was a decent fap but the mages are mostly stock photos. You also end up with a giant army, after raping peasants, maidens, queens, titans(fire, earth, water and wind), elves and so on.

There is combat in the game, but it's just text based with some images, so something like Corruption of Champions but not as complex. There are other gameplay elements, such as raising the army, defending your keep from bandits, while you sleep, putting your minions to work, to get money, I think there was some crafting as well. The game isn't linear, if that is what you are thinking.

It's more like Corruptions of Champions, or most text based adventure games from the olden days, in which you get a story and you actions(attacking, pillaging, raping) have flavor text that describe them. Have you found the game?
