It's written like a philosophy 101 student designed a narrative, so while it's not a bad game (most people will probably find the ideas interesting) it doesn't nearly have the depth a lot of people suggest. It's much more interesting if the concepts within are unfamiliar, and in that regard I suppose it's quite successful, but as a result it's kind of uninteresting if you have a solid grasp of concepts like utilitarianism and existentialism.

If you like casual puzzles, it's pretty cool. The lore is shit tho, but who the fuck plays games for the lore.

The atmosphere (greek, egyptian and medieval settings, map design etc.) of the game is great. The soundtrack is one of my overall favorites. Puzzles are good and the story (texts, audio recordings) is a bit pretentious but pretty interesting in the first playthrough.

I've completed the game three times, I think, and have spent over a hundred hours playing it. Most of the time now I just walk through the game world and enjoy the design of the maps and the music to relax.
