Don't get me wrong I like his writing in Morrowind and the KotN DLC, I even like the story/lore from Redguard even if that games sucks. But Kirkbride is a fucking hack, and his writing is only good insofar as it's tempered and fit properly into a game by those who aren't insane drug addicts doing it for him. Everything he's written after working for Bethesda is asspulled, inane, needlessly obscure bullshit whose only purpose is a low-effort retcon for the retarded descisions Beth has made regarding TES lore/history. The only thing objectively better in Fallout 4 is graphics, the follower framework, character saying your name, animations, number of voice actors, story "framework". Subjective improvements were the settlement system, voiced protagonist, power armor framework, and "skyrim civil war" style gameplay.
